Cancellation, expiry and reservation statuses

The current status is always shown under My reservations. The server determines the applicable times and available actions.

• Active: collection is still possible within the displayed window.
• Collected: the business successfully redeemed the QR or code.
• Cancelled: you or the business ended the reservation.
• Expired: the collection deadline passed without redemption.
• No-show: the business recorded this within the permitted reporting period.
