1. Why we have guidelines
Zsákmány exists to bring you great deals and a genuine local community. To keep this safe for everyone, we ask you to follow a few ground rules. These guidelines apply to every user and business, and to all content you share.
2. What we expect from you
- Be real: share traces, comments and confirmations about actual deals, from your own experience.
- Be respectful: treat other users and businesses with respect in every interaction.
- Be accurate: don't share misleading prices, false stock information or deceptive offers.
3. What is not allowed
The following content or conduct is not permitted and will be removed, among others:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or incitement against any group.
- Sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content that has no place in the community.
- Offering dangerous, unlawful or prohibited goods.
- Spam, repeated unsolicited content, deception or fraud.
- Impersonating another person or business, or using a false identity.
- Steering payment off-platform with deceptive intent.
- Publishing other people's personal data without permission.
4. Your tools: report, hide, block
If you come across content or an account that breaks these guidelines, you have three tools:
- Report — flag the content or account to us; our team reviews it. Your work isn't lost, and the fact that you reported is not shared with the reported party.
- Hide — instantly remove content from your own view, without having to report it.
- Block — a user's or business's content no longer appears to you, and you can't message each other. You can undo a block any time under Settings → Privacy & security.
5. Moderation and consequences
Reported content and content flagged by the system is also reviewed by human moderators. Images and text are checked by automated filters as well. Breaking the guidelines may lead to content removal, a temporary account restriction, or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation.
6. Appeals
If you believe we removed content or restricted your account by mistake, you can flag it to us for review. We take every signal seriously.
